A leading industry group is looking for experienced and proactive HR Managers to build and strengthen its HR functions across its Education and Industry verticals from the ground up.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who have experience in setting up and streamlining HR systems and processes and can work closely with leadership to build a robust people-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and streamline HR policies, systems and processes.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Support the development and implementation of effective performance management systems.

Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR from a reputed educational institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in setting up and streamlining HR policies, systems and processes.
- Strong exposure to performance management, employee engagement and team development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Relevant industry or educational institution experience will be preferred.
