Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and understand travel requirements
- Prepare and sell domestic & international tour packages
- Coordinate with clients and travel partners
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the travel & tourism industry preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Knowledge of tour packages and destinations
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
