Roles and Responsibilities:

● Support the manager in overseeing assigned client accounts by coordinating communications,

tracking deliverables, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services

provided.

● Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular

communication and meetings.

● Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client

projects and campaigns.

● Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and

provide insights to clients.

● Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client

feedback.

● Problem Solving:



Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

● Knowledge of hygiene of Copywriting

Desired skills & experience:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects

simultaneously.

● Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a quick-paced environment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

● Prior internship experience in account management, or a related role.
