Job Overview

Banana Club is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment process. You will source, interview, and onboard talent across fashion design, merchandising, e-commerce, marketing, and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media channels to source qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume retail and corporate roles.
- Onboarding: Coordinate job offers, background checks, and seamless joining/orientation processes for current hires.
- HR Coordination: Assist with basic HR operations, employee engagement,



and hiring metrics tracking.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment (experience in retail, apparel, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
