Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Infor GHR Consultant
with strong expertise in
Infor Process Automation (IPA)
and
Infor Configuration Console (ICC)
. The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, supporting, and enhancing Infor GHR solutions, with a focus on workflow automation, business process configuration, application extensions, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and supportInfor GHRmodules and related business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows usingInfor Process Automation (IPA).
- Configureapprovals, notifications, routing, conditions, and business ruleswithin IPA.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, process errors, and performance issues.
- Design and maintainInfor Configuration Console (ICC)configurations.
- Customize application screens, fields, rules, actions, and other configurable components.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into GHR/IPA/ICC technical solutions.




- Work with HR/business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.
- Support production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Coordinate with integration, security, HRIS, and other technical teams.
- Participate in upgrades, patches, regression testing, and enhancement projects.
- Follow Infor GHR development and configuration best practices while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience withInfor GHR.
- Strong knowledge ofInfor Process Automation (IPA).
- Hands-on experience withInfor Configuration Console (ICC).
- Valuable understanding of HR business processes such as:
- Employee lifecycle
- Hire/Rehire
- Employee changes
- Position/organization changes
- Manager changes
- Termination
- Approvals and notific
