About the Role

Avis Pharma Care Private Limited is looking for an experienced and highly creative Content Manager who can take complete ownership of the company’s content function.

The ideal candidate should have excellent content skills, robust creative thinking, and proven experience in team management and content strategy. The candidate must be capable of understanding the vision, ideas and requirements of senior management and translating them into clear, impactful and high-quality content across different platforms.

The role requires someone who can lead a content team, maintain quality standards, manage timelines and ensure that every content requirement is delivered accurately and effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s brand, business objectives and marketing goals.
- Create monthly and weekly content plans and calendars.




- Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable content ideas.
- Plan content across social media, websites, campaigns, advertisements, blogs, videos and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging and communication.

2. Understanding Senior Management’s Vision
- Work closely with the Director/Management to understand their thoughts, ideas, expectations and business vision.
- Convert discussions, ideas and verbal inputs into clear and compelling content.
- Proactively understand what management wants to communicate and suggest the best way to present it.
- Take ownership of content requirements instead of waiting for detailed instructions.
- Ensure that the final content reflects the company’s vision and expectations accurately.

3. Content Creation & Quality
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging and relevant content.
