About the Role

We are looking for a high-calibre AI Automation Expert who can take ownership of AI adoption, business automation, and digital transformation across channels. This is not a prompt-writing or ChatGPT-user role.

We are looking for a hands-on builder who can identify business problems, architect AI-powered solutions, build production-ready automations, integrate APIs and business systems, deploy AI agents, and demonstrate measurable improvements in revenue, productivity, response time, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

You will work across functions including sales, CRM, customer support, marketing, lead generation, outreach, e-commerce, content production and internal operations.

The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable discussing a business problem with leadership and then sitting down to build the actual n8n workflow, API integration,



AI agent or automation required to solve it.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Automation & AI Agents
- Identify repetitive, manual and inefficient business processes that can be automated using AI.
- Design, build, deploy and optimise AI agents and workflow automations.
- Build production-grade workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make.com and Zapier.
- Develop AI-powered systems that connect multiple business applications and data sources.
- Use LLMs to automate decision-making, research, content generation, classification, summarisation and business workflows.
- Research emerging AI tools and technologies and evaluate their practical application within the business.
- Continuously improve existing automations based on performance and business requirements.

2. API & Systems Integration

Build and manage integrations between AI systems and existing business infrastructure, including:
