Job Title: QAIP Senior Manager / Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Onsite: 90%

Duration: 6 Months | Start: 1st September 2025

Visa: Company will process work visa

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement & manage QAIP program for Internal Audit function

2. Conduct QAIP reviews & assessments as per IIA Global Standards

3. Report to CIAO, Audit Committee & Board on QAIP findings

4. Audit report writing + Annual audit planning + strategic initiatives

5. Work on Internal Audit lifecycle & methodology in complex org

Must Have:
- 10+ years Civil engineering with Internal Audit experience with min 2 years in QAIP
- CIA Certification / QAIP Assessor - Compulsory
- Experience reporting to Board / Audit Committee / CIAO




- Strong knowledge of IIA Standards & Audit methodology
- Excellent report writing & communication skills
- Bachelor/Master Degree

Preferred:
- Big4 / MNC Internal Audit background
- GCC / UAE experience will be added advantage
