Job Description:

The Manager - Thermal Sales Branch (HYSIL) is responsible for driving profitable growth of the HYSIL business in South India through dealer network expansion, market development, and application-based business generation. The role will focus on identifying and developing new opportunities for Calcium Silicate Boards, Blocks and allied insulation products beyond traditional industrial segments.

The incumbent will lead market penetration initiatives in emerging applications such as fire-rated doors, kitchen exhaust duct systems, passive fire protection solutions, commercial buildings, data centers, infrastructure projects, HVAC applications, modular construction, and other innovative Calcium Silicate-based applications. The role requires close engagement with dealers, fabricators, consultants, architects, EPC contractors, fire-protection system integrators,



and project owners to create sustainable business growth and expand the HYSIL footprint across South India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Hysil and Cement segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Drive technical and commercial discussions to position thermal solutions and secure new business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely order execution and collections.
- Coordinate with Production, Technical Services, R&D;, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
