Role & responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and SOPs.
- Operate basic assembly tools, machines, and equipment safely.
- Inspect assembled parts for quality and defects.
- Follow production targets, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Perform basic testing and functional checks of assembled products.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards at the workstation.
- Record production quantities, rejection, and inspection details.
- Identify and report defective materials, machine issues, or process problems.
- Handle materials and components carefully to prevent damage.
- Support the production team in achieving daily output and quality targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th pass,



depending on the complexity of the assembly work.
- Experience: 05 years in assembly, production, manufacturing, or a similar role. Freshers may also be considered.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read basic work instructions/drawings is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
- Knowledge of 5S, PPE, safety, and basic quality practices is an advantage.
