We're Hiring: Assistant Merchandiser (Operations & E-commerce)

Gurgaon | In office | Immediate Joining | 2-3 yrs experience

We’re looking for someone detail-driven who can manage orders end-to-end, from website backend to dispatch, while keeping inventory, trackers, and customer communication perfectly aligned.

You’ll handle:

• Order processing, COD confirmations & dispatch coordination

• Customer queries (WhatsApp, email, website)

• Shopify product uploads, collections & discounts

• Inventory tracking & stock reports

• Excel & Google Sheet reporting

• Backend updates & daily order monitoring

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business, or related field





• 2-3 years’ experience in merchandising/e-commerce operations

• Strong knowledge of Shopify backend

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

• Experience with order workflows & inventory management

Reports to: Marketing/Merchandising Head

Salary: Based on experience & industry standards
