Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice / Non-Voice / Chat)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site)

Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month (Up to ₹3.6 LPA)

Experience Required: Minimum 6+ Months in Customer Support / BPO

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. You will handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate interaction records across voice, chat, or email channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Customer Interaction: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails efficiently and professionally.

* Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues targeting First-Contact Resolution (FCR).

* CRM Logging: Maintain detailed records of interactions, inquiries, feedback, and action steps in the CRM database.

* Escalation Handling: Route complex technical or policy-related issues to senior teams using standard escalation matrices.

* Quality Standards: Maintain target Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores while adhering to process guidelines.





Eligibility & Qualifications

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in BPO / Customer Service / Telecalling.

* Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2 / Undergraduate) pass in any stream.

* Communication: Good to fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.

* Technical: Basic computer knowledge, proficient typing speed, and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.

* Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Salary Breakdown & Perks

* CTC Bracket: ₹30,000 per month (Fixed payout mapped to evaluated experience & interview performance).

* In-Hand Pay: ~₹24,000 – ₹26,000 per month (after statutory PF and ESIC deductions).

* Extra benefits: Performance incentives, transport/cab facility (if applicable to shift timing), and health insurance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
