Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Process Trainer for an International Seller Support / E-commerce BPO process. The ideal candidate should have strong training and facilitation skills, excellent English communication, and hands-on experience in seller support operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and deliver onboarding training programs for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees.
2. Develop and maintain training manuals, presentations, SOPs, process workflows, and knowledge-base materials.
3. Explain e-commerce processes, operational tools, client policies, and quality standards effectively.
4. Conduct assessments and monitor trainee performance, learning progress, and knowledge retention.
5. Provide regular and constructive feedback to trainees.
6. Work closely with Operations Managers, Quality Teams, and client stakeholders to identify training gaps.
7. Maintain training attendance,



progress trackers, batch reports, and compliance documentation.
8. Ensure trainees understand and follow international quality standards, SLAs, and operational benchmarks.
9. Support improvement initiatives based on post-training performance and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
2. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Process Trainer on paper in an International BPO, Seller Support, or E-commerce process.
3. Robust knowledge of Seller Support, Merchant/Seller Onboarding, Inventory, Order Management, and Issue Resolution.
4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
5. Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
6. Good knowledge of training documentation, assessments, and performance tracking.
7. Ability to work with Operations, Quality, and client teams.
