Capacity Planning & Supplier Loading – Develop and maintain supplier capacity plans ensuring accurate load visibility and timely capacity blocking for projects.

Schedule Coordination – Update and control internal and external planning schedules in collaboration with SCM, Project Management, Engineering, and Production teams.

ERP Planning Data Management – Maintain planning parameters, lead times, routing information, and planning master data in SAP to support accurate MRP runs.

Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution – Identify bottlenecks, delays, or supply risks and initiate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.

Daily/Weekly Planning Reviews – Lead and present the capacity and planning status in planning review forums and highlight critical issues.

Supplier Follow-up and Monitoring – Coordinate with suppliers for schedule adherence and escalate deviations.

MIS & Reporting – Prepare planning & capacity dashboards, supplier loading status, and performance reports for management review.

Strict adherence to skilled conduct, punctuality, data accuracy, and standard SCM processes
