Key Responsiblities :

Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor NPD projects from concept through commercialization.
- Define project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Product Development
- Drive product design, prototyping, testing, and validation for recent products.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and production teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product feasibility and market readiness.
- Ensure smooth handover of developed products to manufacturing.

Innovation & Improvement
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and cost optimization.
- Benchmark products against industry trends and competitor offerings.

Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain complete documentation of NPD processes, approvals, and trials.

Team Leadership




- Guide and mentor the NPD team to enhance skills and improve performance.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills:
- Costing and negotiation of new development parts with customers.
- Fixture and tool development as per project requirements.
- Negotiation and coordination with vendors and suppliers for fixtures, tools, and related development requirements.
