- Design website banners, hero images, landing-page graphics, thumbnails, product visuals, and promotional creatives.
- Create fresh and engaging designs aligned with the startup’s brand identity and business goals.
- Ensure quick turnaround for urgent and time-sensitive design requirements.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and Founders to understand requirements and deliver creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across website, social media, e-mailers, ads, and other digital platforms.
- Convert concepts, briefs, and content into visually appealing creatives with minimal supervision.
- Optimize images for website performance, size, dimensions, and responsiveness without compromising quality.
- Handle multiple design requirements simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business urgency.
- Take ownership of designs from concept to final execution, including revisions.
- Develop campaign creatives for product launches, offers, events, blogs, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
- Suggest new creative ideas, layouts, visual styles,



and design improvements rather than only executing briefs.
- Stay updated with the latest web-design and digital-creative trends and competitor designs. Maintain an organised design library, source files, templates, and brand assets.
- Ensure accuracy in text, dimensions, alignment, colours, and visual elements before final delivery.
- Work in a fast-paced, changing startup workplace and adapt quickly to new requirements.
- Proactively identify design requirements and contribute ideas that can improve website engagement and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers when required to ensure designs are implemented correctly on the website.
- Maintain a high-quality output with minimum revisions and errors.
