1. Responsible for periodic checks in line
2. Handson experience in usage of quality gauges (Vernier, height gauge, Roughness tester etc.) & identify the need for a current instrument for part qualification
3. Responsible to validating the Boundary samples & Poka Yoke in line.
4. Responsible for in-house concern management
5. Raise internal complaints, participate in Gemba analysis & follow up for action closure
6. Good understanding on 8D
7. Responsible for preparing weekly reports
8. Responsible for analyzing the weekly rejection data & follow up with CFT for 8D report.
9. Responsible for monitoring the Teardown station.
