Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Print Ad Sales professional to drive advertising revenue across the East India market, with a solid focus on Kolkata and key regional markets.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers, while identifying new business opportunities and driving high-value advertising deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive print advertising revenue across East India, with a primary focus on Kolkata.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across key East India markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with large advertisers and agencies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.




- Lead negotiations and close high-value advertising deals.
- Develop customized advertising solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising opportunities.
- Ensure strong client servicing and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal editorial, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS, and revenue reports for management.

Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of experience in Media Ad Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Strong experience in Print Media Sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the East India advertising market, particularly Kolkata.
- Strong existing relationships with major advertising agencies and corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
