We are looking for an
Influencer Marketing & Collaboration Executive
who will be responsible for identifying relevant creators, negotiating commercials, managing influencer relationships, coordinating content production and ensuring campaigns are executed on time.

The person will work closely with our content and marketing teams to execute influencer campaigns at scale across Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Find and shortlist relevant
influencers, creators, UGC creators and models
according to campaign requirements.
- Research creators based on
niche, audience, location, content style, engagement and brand fit
.
- Reach out to creators through Instagram, email, WhatsApp and creator management agencies.
- Negotiate
commercials, deliverables, usage rights and timelines
.
- Close both
paid and barter collaborations
.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators and creator agencies.
- Coordinate product dispatch and ensure creators receive products on time.
- Share campaign briefs, references, scripts, hooks and content requirements with creators.




- Follow up continuously to ensure content is delivered within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate revisions if content does not match the approved brief.
- Get internal approvals before creator content goes live wherever required.
- Track
posting dates, content links, reach, views, engagement and other campaign metrics

- Maintain a complete database of creators including:
- Contact details
- Category/niche
- Followers
- Average views
- Commercials
- Previous collaboration performance
- Negotiated rates
- Status of collaboration
- Identify
high-performing creators
for repeated collaborations.
- Build a long-term network of creators for the brand.
- Continuously discover recent and emerging creators before they become expensive.
- Coordinate with the finance team for creator invoices and payments.
- Ensure negotiated commercials remain within campaign budgets.
