Key Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning environments to evaluate AI models on real-world software engineering challenges.
- Build high-quality reference solutions and reproducible coding environments.
- Contribute clean,



production-quality code samples and debugging approaches.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and logic errors across multiple codebases.
- Develop small to medium-sized software features using clean coding practices.
- Improve existing code for readability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Review technical submissions and peer-contributed code for correctness and clarity.
- Document your reasoning, development approach, and coding decisions to support high-quality AI training data.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional software development experience in at least one of the following: Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Software Engineering fundamentals.
- Excellent debugging and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across unfamiliar codebases and quickly understand existing systems.
- Experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
