Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Reporting Manager: Studio Manager

Key Objective:

To drive high-quality, concept-driven design solutions while ensuring brand consistency, efficient project execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Objectives & Expectations:
- Translate client briefs into effective design solutions.
- Uphold high creative standards while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Efficiently manage workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline design processes.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and evolving project requirements.

Educational Requirements:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in digital design or motion graphics are an advantage.

Previous Experience Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced design environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator; knowledge of PowerPoint and After Effects is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience handling print, digital, and motion graphics projects.
- Prior experience working in an agency or corporate design team is preferred.

Shifts: Should be flexible with shifts and extended working hours
