About the Role

POCT Group is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Tender Executive to manage and support the end-to-end tender identification, documentation, submission, and tracking process.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring various government and procurement portals, identifying relevant business opportunities, maintaining tender records, coordinating with internal departments, managing EMD-related information, and ensuring that tender submissions are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

· Search, identify, and evaluate relevant tenders across various government and procurement portals.

· Monitor tender notifications, submission deadlines, corrigenda, amendments, and other updates.

· Maintain an updated database of all relevant tenders and their current status.

· Prepare and maintain EMD records, including deposit, refund, forfeiture, and pending status.





· Prepare tender documents as allocated by senior team members.

· Coordinate with Finance, Technical, Operations, Administration, and other departments to obtain required information and supporting documents.

· Review tender requirements and ensure that all mandatory documents and information are available before submission.

· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tender documentation.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial tender documents.

· Maintain records of submitted tenders, acknowledgements, correspondence, EMD details, and related documents.

· Track tender status after submission and coordinate for necessary follow-ups.

· Prepare regular MIS and tender status reports for senior management.

· Ensure timely action on tender deadlines, corrigenda, clarifications, and other procurement-related updates.
