Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM/HRIS Consultant with 7+ years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM/HRIS systems. The candidate should have a strong combination of functional and technical knowledge and must currently be based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM systems, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM.
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, enhancements, reporting, and production support.
- Act as a key liaison between HR/business stakeholders and technical teams to understand, analyze, and deliver HR system requirements.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes, employee lifecycle, HR data management, and system integrations.




- Experience in gathering requirements, performing functional analysis, preparing solution designs, and supporting system enhancements.
- Ability to troubleshoot Oracle HCM issues and coordinate with technical teams for effective resolution.
- Experience with HRIS integrations, interfaces, data migration, and reporting.
- Experience with ADP integrations or similar payroll/HR platforms will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR technology initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
