This role exists to ensure that every learner interaction is thoughtful, consultative, and outcome-driven, not transactional.

The Role As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs. You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.

This is a role built for people who are early in their careers and hungry to grow fast. We will give you the training, the setting, and the support. What we are looking for is the drive to make it count.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end learner conversations from first touchpoint to enrollment
- Understanding learner goals and guiding them with clarity and empathy
- Follow-ups, objection handling, and decision support
- Maintaining quality and consistency across all interactions
- Accurate documentation of conversations, follow-ups, and out
