Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Focus: 2D Animation & Generative AI Integration
We are seeking a versatile Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor who bridges the gap
between traditional post-production and up-to-date AI workows. The ideal candidate lives in After
Eects and Premiere Pro, but is also highly procient in leveraging AI tools to generate custom
images, video clips, audio, and dynamic subtitles to produce high-end content with maximum
eciency.
Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & 2D Animation
Design and animate professional titles, lower thirds, and kinetic typography.
Create engaging 2D animations and custom motion assets in After Eects to elevate
storytelling.
Video Editing
Lead the full editing process in Premiere Pro, from assembly and pacing to nal color grading
and sound polishing.
AI Tool Integration
Image Generation: Use tools like Midjourney or DALL-E to create custom backgrounds,
textures, or assets.
Video Generation: Leverage Runway, Pika, or Sora to generate b-roll, extend shots, or create
unique visual effects.
Audio Generation:



Utilize AI (e.g., ElevenLabs) for high-quality voiceovers, sound cleanup, or
music generation.
Subtitles & Captions: Use AI-driven tools to generate, sync, and style dynamic subtitles and
transcriptions.
Work Flow Optimization
Utilize AI to automate time-consuming tasks like rotoscoping, object removal, and frame
interpolation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Adobe After Effects: High proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, and title design.
Adobe Premiere Pro: Expert-level video editing and timeline management.
AI Toolset Mastery: Hands-on experience with AI platforms for image, video, and audio
generation (Midjourney, Runway, Eleven Labs, etc.).
Narrative Pacing: A strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual.
Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in the evolving AI landscape and the ability to quickly adopt
new tools into the creative pipeline.
