Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the day-to-day functioning and cleanliness of the office. The role includes office housekeeping, serving refreshments, supporting employees with basic requirements, and completing outside office work such as bank visits and payment collection.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Outside Work
- Handle routine bank-related work, including deposits, cheque submissions, document collection, and other assigned banking tasks.
- Visit clients, vendors, or other locations for payment collection as instructed.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, bills, or other office-related items when required.
- Assist the administration team with general outside-office errands.

Tea, Coffee & Water Service
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees, guests, and visitors as required.
- Regularly check and refill employees' water bottles whenever required.




- Keep the pantry area clean, organised, and hygienic.
- Clean cups, glasses, trays, and other pantry utensils after use.

Daily Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Vacuum clean the entire office every day.
- Empty and clean all dustbins daily and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and sanitise the office washroom/loo every day and maintain hygiene throughout the working day.
- Clean and wipe office tables, desks, chairs, and other furniture.
- Clean windows, glass doors, partitions, and other glass surfaces regularly.
- Keep office floors, common areas, reception, meeting rooms, workstations, and passages clean and presentable.
- Dust office furniture, equipment, shelves, doors, and other surfaces.
- Ensure housekeeping supplies such as tissues, handwash, cleaning liquids, garbage bags, etc. are available and inform the concerned person when stocks are low.
