Job Description: Oracle Agile PLM Developer

Working: Remote - Night shifts

Role Summary -

The Oracle Agile PLM Developer designs, develops, customizes, and maintains the Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. This role focuses on writing Java-based Process Extensions (PXs), designing robust integrations using AIS/ACS, and optimizing the backend Oracle Database. You will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that streamline the product lifecycle.

Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Agile PLM development, configuration, and customization.

Technical Skills
- Programming: Advanced proficiency in Java (J2EE), Agile API/SDK, JSP, Servlets, XML, and Java debugging tools.




- Build Tools: Experience with Apache Ant or Maven for compiling and deploying custom code.
- Integration Frameworks: Direct experience with Agile Integration Services (AIS), Agile Content Services (ACS), SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Database: Robust skills in Oracle Database administration, SQL, and PL/SQL development (stored procedures, triggers, packages).
- Agile Modules: Deep functional and technical knowledge of core modules like PC, PQM, and PPM.

Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex system bugs and performance bottlenecks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical designs to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
