Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can work actively in the field, collect accurate market information, identify new sales opportunities, and create sales in recent stores, locations, and cities.

This role is highly focused on ground-level market development and execution. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand the company's sales strategy and convert it into real market results.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect accurate ground-level market data on stores, distributors, competitors, pricing, demand, and customer behavior.
- Execute the sales plans provided by the Sales Manager and company, bringing back practical and reliable market information.
- Identify and open new shops, stores, outlets, and sales locations.




- Develop new sales opportunities and create sales in new cities and markets.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and key outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits and report real-time market conditions.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and market activities.
- Support new product launches and promotional activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare accurate daily/weekly field reports based on actual market activities.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience
- Experience in Food / Food & Beverage / FMCG preferred
- Strong willingness to work actively in the field
- Good understanding of distributor and retail markets
- Ability to collect and report accurate market information
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and cities
