About the Role

We are looking for an Finance & Accounts Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll coordination, reporting, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities using Tally/ERP.

· Handle bank, customer, vendor, intercompany, and other reconciliations.

· Prepare and verify customer invoices, track receivables, and follow up for collections.

· Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and TDS reconciliation.

· Support corporate tax, advance tax, assessments, and tax-related documentation.

· Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants and provide required schedules and documents.

· Coordinate monthly payroll, salary processing, statutory deductions,



and employee tax documentation with HR.

· Manage banking transactions, payment instructions, bank records, and cash-flow monitoring.

· Handle foreign currency and overseas transactions, including exchange gain/loss and intercompany reconciliations.

· Prepare MIS, ageing reports, cash-flow reports, and other management reports.

· Identify discrepancies, financial risks, and process gaps and recommend improvements.

· Maintain accurate financial records, approvals, supporting documents, and confidentiality.

Key KPIs

· Accuracy and timeliness of accounting and reconciliations.

· Timely completion of GST, TDS, income-tax, and statutory compliances.

· Timely invoicing and effective receivables follow-up.

· Reduction of outstanding and unreconciled balances.

· Timely audit closure and resolution of queries.

· Accuracy of MIS and management reporting.

· Effective financial controls and documentation.
