We are looking for a proactive Real Estate Sales Agent who can generate and manage property inventory, connect with clients, conduct site visits, and build a strong database of properties and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Find and source new real estate inventory from builders, developers, brokers, and property owners.
- Build and maintain a database of available properties, pricing, locations, and project details.
- Speak with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with clients.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
- Generate new leads and continuously expand the client database.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, inventory, and site visits.
- Negotiate and assist clients through the sales process until closure.




- Stay updated on new projects, market trends, pricing, and developments in the local real estate market.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and property owners.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for site visits.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but motivated candidates with solid sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
