- Customer requirements samajhna aur suitable properties explain karna.
- Interested customers ke saath property/site visits coordinate karna.
- Customers ke doubts handle karna aur negotiations mein support karna.
- Leads ko successfully sales mein convert aur deals close karna.
- Regular follow-ups maintain karna aur monthly sales targets achieve karna.
- Customers ke saath professional relationship maintain karna.
Requirements:
- Real estate sales experience required.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Sales closing ka proven experience preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
- Valuable knowledge of real estate sales process.
