Admission Counsellor – Job Description

Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Reliance Animation Academy, Patna
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and social media leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities and admission process.
- Explain courses such as Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Video Editing & Filmmaking.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain daily lead, follow-up and admission records.
- Invite prospective students for free demo classes, counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth admissions.

Requirements




- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi & English communication is preferred.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Experience in education counselling, telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 + Incentives *(depending on experience and performance)*.
