Role Overview

Gateway International School is seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Chemistry to deliver high-quality subject instruction, foster scientific thinking, and support students in achieving strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and scientific aptitude.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and examination materials.
- Conduct practical/laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely academic support and feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and appropriate digital learning tools.




- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and academic initiatives.
- Participate in parent meetings, school events, training programmes, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-centred classroom setting.

Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry with B.Ed. qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom management skills.
- Experience in preparing students for Board examinations is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
- Passionate about mentoring students and contributing to overall school development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
