Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage material procurement processes for automotive components, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new vendors and develop strategies for sourcing raw materials.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform purchasing decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in casting, fabrication, forgings parts, sheet metal processing or related fields.
- Solid understanding of Strategic Sourcing principles and practices in the auto industry.
- Proven track record of successful New Vendor Development (NVD) projects.
- Proficiency in Procurement Professional software or similar tools.
