We are looking for an experienced qualified to Head Finindhing, finishing works for high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing all interior and exterior finishing activities, ensuring quality execution, timely delivery, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end finishing works including flooring, painting, tiling, faade, waterproofing, false ceiling, and fittings.
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, MEP, and project teams for smooth site progress.
- Monitor project timelines, material planning, and manpower deployment.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve finishing-related issues.
- Ensure safety compliance and timely handover of units.
