Hiring: Business Development Executive / Managers – Recruitment, Staffing & Executive Search (Hybrid)

Eyeglobal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Business Development Managers who can generate new client engagements and recruitment mandates across industries.

Role Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients requiring recruitment, staffing, and executive search services.
- Generate hiring mandates for permanent, contract, leadership, and project-based recruitment.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and business decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and high-growth organizations.
- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure successful execution of client requirements.
- The communication should be excellent.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
