building premium brands, solving business problems, working directly with the Founder, and becoming an integral part of our journey.

What you'll be doing

• Working directly with me on business growth and strategy.

• Speaking with prospective couples and understanding their vision.

• Building meaningful relationships with clients, wedding planners, venues and luxury partners.

• Driving business growth through referrals, partnerships and networking.

• Reviewing business performance,



MIS reports and identifying growth opportunities.

• Improving customer experience across every touchpoint.

• Working across brands including
Novella
and
The First Chapter
.

• Solving problems, taking ownership and helping build systems as the company grows.

Who I'm looking for

• 3–8 years of experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

• Strong business mindset with an ownership mentality.

• Comfortable working directly with the Founder.

• Comfortable with energetic work, travel and taking on responsibilities beyond a job description.

• Someone who believes in building something meaningful rather than simply changing jobs.
