Job Title: Marketing Executive Influencer Marketing

We develop, manufacture, and market a range of niche medicated oral care brands — including Enafix, Glodent, Pediflor, Shy-NM, Elsenz, Aclaim, and Omnident — trusted by consumers and dental professionals across India.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to build and manage our influencer programme. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creator partnerships across Instagram and Facebook, driving brand awareness and product trial for our medicated oral care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and micro-creators across dental health, lifestyle, parenting, and beauty niches
- Manage end-to-end creator relationships — outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and payment
- Brief creators on product messaging,



brand tone, and compliance requirements
- Track campaign deliverables and engagement metrics and report on performance
- Build and maintain an influencer database with performance history

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Robust written communication skills in English
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team with a high degree of ownership
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook analytics is preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG, pharma, or health/wellness is an advantage
