Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor collections and resolve customer concerns.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and MIS.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Corn Starch, Food Ingredients, Chemicals, FMCG, or Manufacturing.
- Candidates with experience in the
Starch/Food Ingredients industry will be preferred

- The position will report to the
Vice President – Sales & Service
.
- The incumbent will be required to travel extensively within the assigned market for business development and customer visits.
- The candidate will be required to visit the
Head Office, Kolkata, once every month
for business reviews and departmental meetings.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements is essential.
