J ob Description
- Design and execute advanced characterization studies for peptide-based products.
- Conduct higher-order structure and conformational analysis using:
- Circular Dichroism (CD)
- Spectrofluorometric methods
- SV-AUC (Sedimentation Velocity Analytical Ultracentrifugation)
- Evaluate aggregation, oligomerization, and molecular integrity using orthogonal characterization techniques.




- Interpret complex analytical and biophysical data and prepare scientific justification reports.
- Perform method development, qualification and troubleshooting activities.
- Support regulatory filings, comparability assessments, investigations, and scientific discussions.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability building within the department.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
M.Sc./M. Pharm./MTech. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biochemistry

Experience
Tenure 7 - 9 years of experience in peptide/protein characterization.
