PE Upskill LLP is hiring 15 Admission Counselors for our DBA Program in Noida.

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred)

Freshers: Excellent communicators with a strong learning attitude are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

* Counsel prospective candidates for the DBA program

* Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp and emails

* Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs

* Follow up with leads and drive conversions

* Achieve monthly & quarterly admission targets

* Manage leads and updates through CRM

* Handle queries and objections professionally

* Coordinate admission documentation and onboarding





What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong counseling, persuasion & negotiation skills

Target-oriented & self-motivated approach

Valuable follow-up and objection-handling skills

Experience in EdTech / Higher Education / Inside Sales is a plus
