Role Overview

The Associate Vice President Information Technology (AVP IT) will support the IT leadership team in driving the organizations technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and technology consulting capabilities. The role will focus on ensuring reliable and scalable IT operations while enabling business growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality technology solutions for internal and client-facing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy & Leadership
- Support the development and execution of the organizations IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and roadmaps.
- Drive IT governance, standards, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support senior leadership in technology-related decision-making.

2. Technology & Consulting Enablement




- Strengthen internal IT capabilities to support client engagements and business requirements.
- Oversee solution design, architecture, technology standards, and delivery practices.
- Support technical solutioning, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Ensure effective adoption of contemporary technology platforms and practices.

3. Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee IT infrastructure across multiple locations, including cloud, networks, servers, enterprise applications, and end-user technologies.
- Manage and support multi-tenant and multi-forest environments across the USA and India.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, performance, scalability, and business continuity.
- Manage both on-premises and cloud-based server environments.
- Drive automation, DevOps practices, and infrastructure modernization.
