Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (Cyber City - Gurgaon)

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic skilled to join us at Zavenir Group as head of Financial Planning and analysis based at our corporate office in Cyber city, Gurgaon.

What You'll Do
- Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A;) function.
- Lead all budgeting, Internal reporting, report creations and enhancement of the reporting initiatives.
- Lend support to all business projects from a Finance perspective including building of Business plans. These would include Margin enhancement initiatives, efficiency improvements, cost rationalization, working capital controls, sales support.
- Responsible for the costing function and making the necessary improvements in the same including automation of the same.
- Act as the primary Financial consultant or advisor to cross functional teams (e.g. to IT teams on IT project management from a costing perspective)
- Acts as the primary consultant and advisor to cross functional teams on financial reporting through the (IT systems)



and integration of the reporting requirements within the system.
- Lead and advise on Systems and Process improvements, including interaction with business stakeholders.
- Stays up to date and designs Policies, SOPs, Flow Charts when needed.

Qualifications & Competencies Needed for the Role:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Qualified Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- 7 12 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and building of MIS reports for multiple stake holders.
- Exposure to Costing systems and manufacturing accounting is a must.
- Sound knowledge of an ERP system and knowledge of designing and integration of reports from the system.
- Proficiency in Excel; Can articulate and design reports from scratch looking at the business needs both in Excel or through the system.
