About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team for commercial and real-estate projects in BKC. The candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and vendors, and ensuring projects are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts for commercial and real-estate projects.
- Prepare space planning, layouts, furniture plans, material selections, and design presentations.
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, construction drawings,



and design documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups, and finishes.
- Assist with BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure design intent, quality, timelines, and project requirements are maintained.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular design updates.
