What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Data Engineer – Cloud with strong hands-on experience in Big Data, Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and Cloud Data Platforms.

Must Have Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Big Data
- Strong experience with Apache Spark & Databricks
- Hands-on experience with Cloud-native technologies & Data Lakes
- ETL/ELT development – extraction, transformation, cleansing & integration
- Experience building batch ingestion pipelines
- Solid Python skills
- Unit testing using Pytest / Unittest / Nutter
- SQL – complex queries and performance tuning
- Git & CI/CD
- Data modeling, data warehousing & data integration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills




- Experience working with large cross-functional teams

Good to Have
- Retail domain experience – POS, Products, Customers, Inventory
- Azure cloud experience
- Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Near real-time data processing
- Cloud migration experience
- Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model exposure
- Azure / AWS / Databricks Data Engineer certification

A hands-on Data Engineer who can build and maintain scalable cloud-based ETL/ELT and data pipelines, work with Databricks/Spark, and contribute effectively across engineering and business teams.
