Position: Bar Supervisor
Location: Powai, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead and guide bartenders, bar helpers, and stewards.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor stock levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Maintain proper inventory and control wastage.
- Ensure all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Check cleanliness, hygiene, and overall bar presentation.
- Monitor billing, POS transactions, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, company policies, and safety standards.
- Prepare daily stock and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service team, and management.
- Train new team members and conduct regular briefings.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operations.

Requirements




- 5+ years of experience in a bar/restaurant/hotel setting.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar equipment.
- Strong communication and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock control.
- POS and billing knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
