- Outbound Telecalling: Make daily volume calls to job seekers from portals, databases, and referrals to pitch open positions.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial telephonic interviews to check communication skills, salary expectations, and job alignment.
- Sourcing Talent: Post jobs on portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and source active/passive candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with candidates to ensure high turn-out rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Data Management: Update candidate status, logs, and daily calling trackers accurately in the internal database or ATS.

Requirements & Skills
- Communication:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive ability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any stream.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Excel, and comfort using job portals.
- Work Ethic: Target-driven mindset with solid time-management capabilities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,834.94 per month
