Job Summary

Dyneton is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support and drive sales operations for Alibaba.com services. The role involves managing sales executives, handling key client accounts, achieving revenue targets, and supporting business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for Alibaba.com products and services.
- Manage and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-ups, cold calling, and market visits.
- Handle client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with potential and existing customers.
- Ensure timely onboarding of clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and prepare performance reports.




- Provide product training and guidance to team members to improve conversion ratios.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (experience with Alibaba.com, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar platforms preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Positive understanding of online B2B portals and digital sales processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
