We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Account Manager – Agile Solutions to join our growing global team. This individual will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving project success, and supporting business growth while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple market research engagements.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

● Client Management:



Own and manage key client accounts, building solid relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention

● Project Delivery: Execution of multiple research projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

● Solutioning: Support research design, project scoping, and proposal development aligned to client objectives

● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (research, operations, data) to ensure seamless execution

● Commercial Support: Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling, while managing project profitability

● Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and support capability building within the team

● Operational Excellence: Maintain project documentation, reporting, and drive process improvements for efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, or a re
