Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support, operations, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with business users and technical teams.
- Utilize ITIL best practices and ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes and system efficiency.
- Apply Agile principles and participate in Agile ceremonies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and knowledge transfer materials to support operational excellence.




- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module enhancements, industry trends, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, operations, and maintenance (minimum 3 full lifecycle projects).
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ways of working.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
- Prior experience working in multi-geography/global environments.
- Understanding of HR business processes and payroll integrations.
